Real Estate Listing System is designed for Real Estate properties management. This program was designed for either a site administrator to use for a Real Estate client or for an agent to use directly on their own site. With this system a user can: - Create listings - Edit Listings - Delete listings - Change listing status - Upload listing images - Remove listing images - Change admin password - Change admin e-mail address - Change program background display and font This system is very user friendly, powerful, fast and easy to use. When a new listing is added,the user can assign a MLS or ILS, a caption at the top of the listing, approx. sqft, agents name, agents e-mail, listing county, listing status, property type, no. bedrooms, no. baths, listing price and description. A site visitor interested in a particular listing, just has to click a button that is with each listing and a e-mail letter form is brought up with a subject listed as interest in what ever the listing number is. That e-mail will be sent to whatever the agents e-mail is for that listing.
